There are OEM del sol ones. I bought it on ebay awhile back i think.

And Jimmy, I know they are the same. Is it worth it to get the plugs and wires as well or is that not really needed?

Most of them come with the socket and bulb....if the ones you buy have that there's a guy in the so cal section that sells plug and play wire harnesses for like 20 or 25 shipped or with the sidemarkers for something like 50 or 60 shipped.....if I can find the thread I'll link you to it

wow it's dead in here.

so I've made a few more decisions about the sol/stuff I have:

-Dolphin front is officially for sale 300 with EG lip.....250 without lip.....I found a very clean "kit" bumper I like.....CW(just like what Jesse posted up) for only 125 picked up with guaranteed fitment

-CF spoon lip is for sale will only fit 93-95 sols....fit on a friends almost effortlessly offers I've recieved have been the price I bought it for...which is total after the gas to get it from SD and back as well as fixing the crack and few clear coat chips, one guy offered me 175, but he hasn't anwered my calls in 3 or 4 days now...most offers have been between 100-150 though therefore....$150

-ameripol blue tinted 650 comes with all lock and seals....EVERYTHING about the top is as mint as possible

-Racing hart cp-035 FT or 1100 comes with 85% kumho 195/50 AST will trade for konigs/rotas/GSR blades and other lesser valued wheels I like but expect to add the difference ....would rather just trade for similar valued wheels though

all prices are pretty firm and picked up or plus the paypal fees and shipping

after I sell at least one more of these items I can order the rest of my retrofit stuff for the ebay headlights....the visibility on them currently SUCKS....as always, I'll hook up some deals if you want more than one thing

also like normal, I offer my payment plan....very simple, you put a down payment, I take the part off the car ASAP, we agree to payment schedule/amount(a reasonable amount of time....nothing over 3 months or retarded like $.75/day....yeah someone really offered me that LOL) till it's all paid for, once everything is paid for you get whatever you bought

One thing I won't be doing is "dibs" nothing is spoken for till I at least have a deposit for the item. I've learned the hardway allowing "dibs" leads to flakeage, or IMO worse yet people going back on the amount you originally agree to.

holy **** this has turned out to be a Will style post oh well it's all good

trades I'm interested in(all for z6/eg chasis):
-clutch
-lightweight flywheel
-black benen tripod or PWJDM 3pt.
-OEM or JDM fenders(still sick of crooked sidemarkers)
-black benen tow hooks
-s2k seats or all '97 black sol seats

pretty much all I can think of for now

Guys I need your help!

I took off both side skirts yesterday. There is some rust near the rear wheels so I wanted to take a closer look.

I found a small rubber hose sticking out of the bottom. How can I clean this hose? I think it is cluttered.

Thnx.

A good body shop can have that fixed easily. It would be a good idea to check the trunk underneath the spare tire aswell.

As for that rubber thing,... I have no idea.

you can get to that hose from inside the trunk. just pull the side carpet. its just a rubber hose that drains from the top of the trunk lid.
if you squeeze the hose you can find where it is clogged and clean it out.

if u take off your sail panels ull see 2 holes on either side of your car. take and airhose with like the air gun accessory thing on it and stick up to and itll blow whatever is in the tubing out thru the bottom.

@ James, Boomer and Yort

Thanks for the quick response guys!
I'll take a look.

That clogged hose is the main reason for rust to appear on the side panel near the rear wheel?
