im going to use a sheet of carbon fiber for the bezel and the motor is an 84.5mm bore, 11.5:1 comp rs-machines pistons, shotpeened pr4 rods with arp rod bolts, supertech springs/retainers/flat face valves +.2:1~comp, 90 pr3 b16 head w/ spot-on factory bowl allignment, casting marks cleaned up in the ports and bowls, sk2st2 cams(for now, clayed for proII's), lightened/ balanced b20 crank, ported skunk2 pro series intake manifold with shaved emblem block/pcv port/fpr port/cruiseport/casting plug/hanress mount, max bore em1 throttle body, ported smsp tri-y rep header, skunk2 6bolts cam gears, the rest is oem parts all brandy new. every single engine/egine bay bolt is brand new oem honda. looking to make 220whp on a dynapack with neptune this year and next year ~240whp on proII's
i see an intake, pepboys dizzy cap, strutbar, msd wires? please tell me if im not seeing anything lol, i know that people are on a budget, but so am i, its either time or money or both, a b16 head, chipped obd1 ecu, jumper, and a ls/vtec kit can all be had for less than $1,000. im just saying....it looks really clean in there but i see this as a pattern especially with db1 guys, call it coincidence.
now why would i re-build a perfectly good motor with no leaks, no valve slap, still has amazing power, not to mention motor only has 90k.
reason why my hood was up was because every DA on my side had their hoods up as well. also, some of the people that i met wanted to see how i enclosed my retro-fit. plus, i got way more important expenses that comes before my car. it's also my DD.

it would definitely make a big difference, i cant argue with you though, i wouldnt rip out a 90k mile ls motor either, but that trans would make it feel a whole lot better
