Finally paid some attention to my DA and got it running Saturday.
Broke 'something" at the track back in August and feared for the worst, at the time I convinced myself that it was the LSD or the final drive. I let it sit til this weekend fearing it was something expensive.
I became tired of looking at it every morning so I figured I would finally look at it. Well I jacked it up and noticed that the pass. axle was popped out. I tried to knock it back in but it kept pushing right back out. I got together some tools and pulled the axle out, low and behold the splines were missing about an inchs worth that were stuck in the trans .
I then beat myself up for being lazy and letting it sit forever for no reason. I had to pop out the other side and push the splines out of the trans. Thank GOD for Optima batteries because it started right up and held a charge with a jump start. The car just needed a full tank of 93 and it ran like a champ.

I guess somehow the Tstat went bad while it was sitting because Im having some cooling issues. I had the same problem before and it needed a new thermostat, I ordered a 160 degree one this time along with a radiator and all the goodies to put in this weekend.

Wow nice interior

Here's my most recent, on a holiday to Mooloolaba (Australia) we went for a scenic drive in the hills, with lots of fantastic views and plenty of tight corners

not to start a debate or anything but personally i had the money for a set of new work equip 03's and when my buddy showed me a set of rota track r's i decided to go with the rotas instead since they looked decent and i still had more than enough money to do other things too. imo knockoffs arent that bad since 9/10 of the people who look at them dont know the difference. and i know track use is probly different but not many people actually track their cars. not bashin anyone just stating what i think

there is no purpose in riding that dumped. It doesnt even look that good since you are on HX's and the car is kinda plain looking. breaking parts on your car so you can look "slammed" is stupid. Why not just burn your money??
