this is like my dream motor set-up right here. ive always dreamt of a b20v pushing 230-240 all motor. i dont really like turbos on any honda. i only like turbos on nissans and toyotas just because honda never made turbo cars besides the city turbo and the one turbo bike back in the 80's

Good luck man, what are the tests like in Cali?
Just exhaust sniffer?

I just failed due to having no cat and barely failed at that.
Need to get together an invoice to pass.

Cali smog is no joke. if you have an intake with no carb number you wont pass. sometimes if you can fit a heat shield over your headers they wont know but its pretty crazy my car is bone stock an passed just barely.
On another note i had to leave my car at my parents house last night its over heating and going through coolant like crazy. im hoping its not my head gasket but i think that would be worse case senario.
I hate being a broke kid

Just from the mods and my experiences, that's why I was wondering what correction factor was used for those readings.

Not knocking anything, just curious, so don't take offense.

What everyone says doesn't usually fly very far.

Not offended at all man, just was curious. And yes you have to take what people say with a grain of salt.

Depends on the OBD version of the car, but for OBD0 it's just sniffer on exhaust and visual to make sure everything "looks right." No wrong vacuum wiring, non-carb modifications, you definitely need a cat to pass. Doing a little tune up today to prepare for it with changing spark plugs (already did that few days ago), air filter, fuel filter (changed couple weeks ago), spark plug wires, cap and rotor, o2 sensor was replaced last smog in dec 2009 with a Denso oem unit. I should change my oil too while I'm at it since it hasn't been changed since early June.
