i'm in the process of doing just that. hoping to get it tuned that day if not before. but...it wont be my da. it'll be my ef hatch/all motor gsr setup

all motor gsr setup that i'll be running in my hatch...its nothing crazy, but will still be fun as hell in a light as ef hatch...

pr3 pistons to bump compression up to 11.3:1
oem gasket
golden eagle head studs
skunk2 intake manifold
valve springs/retainers (not sure which ones yet)
cams (again, not sure which ones yet)
header (yet again....lol)
chipped n tuned p28

i'm still in the midst of rounding up parts obviously and like i said, its not gonna be anything crazy, but will make for a fun dd.

oh, and as for work... i'm working for a plumbing company. they're based out of northern virginia and we travel all over. i knew i was down in your area, but i didnt know how close lol

 

Throw some Pro 1's (Or Blox replicas) in there, S2 matching valvetrain (Or blox) and a rage or Tri-Y header knock off. The Vtec-Kidd narrow looks good too!

 

yeah was already leaning toward the pro-1s (or blox copy) and wasnt sure on valve train. as for header, was thinking a try-y style header. i want something decent so i'm planning on having to get traction bars so i can fit a good header in there

 

VYeah but with no interior no heat and a spec2 I'd rather not haha

So my steering rack is finally done, rebuilt with all new parts gaskets and such, just need to loop the lines and add a breather/reservoir set up. Plus i got the HKS Hi Power exhaust so a bunch of stuff is going on my car tomorrow, i also got my new suspension set up
Ground Control-
700lbs(12.5K) 6" spring front
600lbs(10.5K) 7" spring rear
Extended front and rear tophats
Rebuilt Konis safe up to a 1000lbs spring rate
will be on my car tomorrow, mocked up on some extra konis i have

 

Nice set-up, great choice on the revalved Koni's. That's a championship winning set-up.

Hhahah ewwww that's gonna be loud! I think you will not want to drive it due to how loud and obnoxious it will be. The local law won't "hate" on you for running the spec 2?

My friend has a spec2 on his type r and i heard him get on the turnpike when i was still sitting at the toll booth in the daytime when it was full of cars and trucks lol

I like to drive my car with the exhaust cut out open somtimes lol...that spec2 is really loud though..

I have this Magnaflow waiting to go on. Doing my 2.5" custom cat back tomorrow morning. Magnaflow Y-pipe - Dual 2.5" exit, we'll see if that works out I might scrap the Y-pipe idea.

im on stock wheels right now, i borrowed them from mattyg2, im gonna redo my bang vecs and get some 949racing 6uls and throw on a 225 tire

but suspension has left me broke lol but worth every penny

 

did you put on your new suspension yet?

 

What tips are you going to run?
