It's an ABS plastic "Type R" lip.

abs is the type of plastic..won't shatter like fiberglass.

What stage 3 cams are you running?
IMO your motor does not have enough compression for stage 3 cams of any type.........
Should go with something like Pro 1's or the Blox replica P-1 cams.

 

Personally, I would never put Skunk2 or Blox products in my engine.

If I were looking for an inexpensive set of camshafts, I would look into the Buddy Club Spec III+ or Spec IV.

Spec III+: Intake 304 duration, 11.59 mm lift, Exhaust 294 duration, 10.71mm lift.

Spec IV: Intake 306 duration, 12.3mm lift, Exhaust 302 duration, 11.8mm lift.

Oh in any case (if some1 is interested) I have an OEM rear spoiler/wing with the leds (came off a XSi) car was totalled and I bought it some time ago and sold pretty much everything, I just have that around the house w/no use... I´ll give it for cheap...

Any feedback on me (as a seller) go to K20A.org (just in case) I tried to open a F/S thread here and it wont let me, so I guess this wont kill anybody... (If so, feel free to delete this post)

TODA is great. If I ever get to work on my engine, I'm going TODA. I don't understand how people go with Skunk2/Blox/Crower stuff when TODA and other high end brands aren't even that much higher. Even Buddyclub are very reasonably priced.

I bought my 1st one in 1994...it was a 91 L-S with a full OEM kit and rear visor!, White with Black interior! I loved that car..

i finally worked on my da for a lil bit yesterday for the first time in like 2-3 months! felt good. i really miss my car! im hoping to have it drivable by next weekend. too bad im broke as a joke and wont be able to put it on the road though (need to re-new registration, new windshield, and inspection).....but i live in bfe so i can at least take it for a quick spin down the road

I do not see how Toda and, esp Buddy Club products are better then SKunk 2 or Blox(which are exact Skunk2 copies)..........?????????

It seems like you 3 are just into like roading racing and making the most HP, so I guess those products are good for that?
Please show me a series of cams that perform better then the Skunk 2 Pro series. These cams have proven themselves in turbo cars and all motor cars!

People go with those other brands because Toda does not make products for what they are looking for? Can you throw some Toda stage 1's in your turbo motor and net at least 50+ wheel from them? I don't think so............

I personally am running Blox and S2 products in my head and it performs awesome. Several of my friends are using the same products with tons of miles on their 250 - 500 hp setups and those S2 and Blox products seems to be working fine......
