Hi guys, I'll be posting my car info in a bit, it's definitely built, I try not to buy anything at all, as I do all my own work and fabricating, the only thing other people do for me, is I have friends who are expert welders, I do the fabricating and they weld what I fabricate together. I do my own wiring, plumbing, upholstery, paint and body, exhaust work, suspension, engine, mods and pretty much everything else. I can't stand other people working on my stuff anyway. I have a 1986 Accord, I've owned it for over 11 years, it's been down the last three for extensive modifications, including a custom intake manifold with dual SU's, a complex electrical system modification, more interior mods, and I'm in the middle of putting in a new 2 inch stainless exhaust with side exit dual tips, and an S&S 4-1 header, an MSD 6-t with GM blaster coil, delta cam, bisimoto valve springs, and about 300 other mods, literally.
Was up crew,i just got back from helping another DA owner, his coil went out and so we went to pick and pull and found out that the first gen tegs have the same dizzy and parts inside of it. We swapped the parts and car started right up.

too hard to remove everything at once, so i dismantle one area, paint it, and move on to the next area, eventually it will all be painted, finishing up the mockup under the hood, have to tie up some wiring, and plumbing, and some other small stuff, it's basically put stuff together and take it apart, repeat. I would have been done a long time ago, but there has been a bunch of crap going on the last couple of years. I'm just now getting something done again, i need to get it rolled outside so i can swap in the new dash, it's all ready to go, but I can't open the doors far enough in the garage, once the dash goes in all my new interior stuff goes back in

these are from a 72 datsun 510 sss, you might recognize the back half of the manifold, or whats left of it. I can't really do a tuck on this one, I've already removed a ton of excess wires and unused junk, some of the wires you see won't be visible, a bunch of them run along the front beam behind the radiator, I've got fuel lines, oil lines, coolant, vacuum etc, and no where to put them, no physical space, it's built to make everything visible anyway. some of the complexity I built to keep the purge canister operational, will be gone, I decided to go to a simple civic one with the solenoid valve built in, and vent the fuel bowls to the air cleaners. I need to keep the canister since the fuel system is sealed. but I can make it simpler, about 30 hours of engineering and fabrication to make it work will be wasted when I take that stuff back out

91 CRX salvage you might notice there is no head shield between the carbs and the manifold, since it wasn't needed anymore, I got rid of it, I needed a place to put the return springs though, since they would no longer hook on the plate, i ended up making an aluminum plate thats bolted to a piece tig welded on the bottom of the manifold, it has a couple of nappa universal carb return springs on it, worked great until I noticed I wouldn't be able to remove the oil filter, since the filter was now behind it, hence the reason there's a remote oversize filter in the back corner of the engine compartment, usually the way it's gone, move one thing, and move three other things to make something fit

I don't know yet, I want to get this finished so I can hear them!!
every time i go to work on it, some bullshit happens and I have to put it on hold, I'm just now getting some serious stuff back together, some of these parts were done a year ago, just waiting to go on
