BUILT NOT BOUGHT!
Ok guys I have a decision to make and maybe you guys can help me make a final decision. Ok for those of us in Cali , i currently have a b20 in my LS I have a b16 head in the shed waiting to go in, however I came across a great deal on these 2 blocks the one on the left is a B16A2 (which I got for my bro) and the one on the right is B18C1, now remember for those of us in Cali should i just build the crvtec since I already have the b20 running OR build a B18C1 with the b16 head i already have and be safer because of our Cali BS emissions or possibly getting pulled over by popo and them having a look under my hood and they notice the b20 block....

lude72: if your willing to wait you can have the pistons out of my b18a1 in about 2 months when i pull out my b18a1 to drop in my freshly rebuilt ls vtech. don't know how much of a rush your in.
da9_all_motor: Honestly bro go with the b20vtec build. You already got the b20 in the car all you gotta do is throw on the head. Since your still NA you have a good chance to get away from the cops. Just tell em its a gsr. Also you'll enjoy the power of the b20 more than the b16 or b18 block. Im B20vtec turbo so having a b20 in my car is the least of my worries.

dang, tried posting pics earlier, but my moms laptop wouldnt let me. anyways, got my new y8 in today, working on some hose and harness issues tomorrow, should be back on the road tomorrow night or friday morning. anybody around the IE have an extra ek clutch master cylinder??? sith went out today while i was dropping the y8. ill try to post pics again tomorrow, dueces fellas

DC Header
Skunk2 cam gear
And going back to stock muffler

Thanks bro, I am gonna stick to the crvtec build...I still need to get a Skunk2 manifold,throttle body,Conversion harness, P28 ECU. I guess it would bring too much attention if I put a 2.0 badge on my ride
