I think thats it, sold the roll cage to pay for the rims.... So guys, I've been wanting to build a chopper/bobber for a long time and I'm getting married in a year and want to purchase a truck next year... Should I keep the honda and rebuild (oem) the motor and boost (which would take another 2+ years)? Or sell the honda and build my bike next year? I need some help! haha

 

nope. got rid of it last september. started to have to many electrical issues that i just couldnt take on. and i just got a letter saying it was totaled and apparently he didnt transfer the title to himself. so i have to mail some ish back that they sent me so it can all get cleared up.

It has a lot to do with it. Most older people are much more mature. Younger kids bitch and complain because they are ignorant. There are some who don't but most do. DKYamada- Your green dc is freakin' hot. "The model isn't to bad either" I can't wait to get mine back from paint. I'm doing that olive green from the 3kgt I posted. Thinking of a metallic purple for my wheel color or black chrome. I just ordered some tcs f1 mirrors tonight also. My carbon spoon style ones came today but the quality is crap. It's a carbon cover over the mirrors held on with double sided tape. Failed to mention that in the auction but they were cool and sent me a prepaid return label and a full refund.

I'll keep it short and sweet, long version in my build thread lol My names Steven, I'm 19, and work full time to build what I have. Had a '93 LS swapped del Sol (didn't do the swap) but had an accident, bought my '92 Harvard Blue Pearl DX hatch bone stock auto. Blew the b7 up before I could get it tagged (headgasket) swapped in my LS swap and ys1 b16 tranny, suspension, wheels, odds and ends from my old del Sol, sold the del Sol shell. Had to get tranny rebuilt due to bad syncros (carbon syncros, GSR 5th ect ) Hit a deer with the hatch, rocked black front end for a while, got it painted, now today car looks great but now the LS spun a rod bearing. Oh well, in progress of building a "mild" high compression camm'ed all motor LS. I'll post the specs up soon.

as for me. i finally found out why my fuse keeped blowing and messing up my cluster. short somewhere along the driver side headlight. Didnt really look into it today but will tomorrow since its my friday!

Got the B16 head w/itr internals running right. didnt really get the feel the power difference since there was so much traffic coming home and i really dont wanna catch another speeding ticket. also got bored and decided to paint my spark plug cover

thanks. the previous owner was my cousin when it was all stock. and it was garaged and waxed quite often. i want to repaint my car, but at the same time i love the green my car is... im looking for a RS shell that i can work on but im looking for a pretty stripped down one with at least an OK body and not missing much other then just need a swap and maybe interior peices.. thats what i want to do the RHD conversion on because honestly, i dont want to tear up my gsr. i was looking into some spoon replica mirrors, but still not sure if i want to yet.

People don't know WHY others do what they do. And as far as having others do my work, simple. I had big plans for the car, that are coming to fruition.

The EG hatch next to it, I helped a buddy do everything to it years ago, before I bought it off him. Hell, some parts were from my old EJ1. But, that car wasn't bought as a project, nor to mod farther.

I also do the maintenance of my Mazda 626.

The Prelude was bought because it was a shell, and not touched. Regardless, there is a difference in the finish of a car that you pay to build VS one that is put together in a driveway, and it shows.

I bought a car completely built before however:


And part of these reason for this Prelude build, is to best that car. Stuff happened when I had that car, and I want one from scratch that is better.
