This is how it was BEFORE i fixed it. this setup in this pic is wrong i believe, i switched everything and with the car on, the IACV would react to the plug. Obviously i plugged in the right plug since it recognized it.

not the wires to the plug, the actual plug itself is what i was talking about. i know that they fit each others sockets but i thought the way to differentiate was that the IACV plug was green and the IAT plug was white ish.

OK. So if you have seen my pics on the page I think the ugliest thing on my motor is my rusted out y7 header. I have been debating on which headerI should get. My choices are greddy Stainless steal or the DC polished stainless steel 4-2-1. It has to be polished because I dont care for the ceramic coated look. Bisi would be nice but I would need to run a breather through my PS to possibly remove the pulley plus its around $700 for the D-series header V2. ........ Anyone have experience with these headers please let me know what you think and which way would you do............:thumbup : I open to all suggestions.

i would honestly save up for the bisi header, you will see minor gains from both the dc and greddy header. You could just make an adaptor plate for your manifold for turbo as well hehe.

i mean the greddy and dc header have the same design as the much much cheaper ebay version as well, thats what im running and is working good for me.

is this your daily driver? i wouldnt recommend getting a bisi header for a daily driven car. especially if its going to see rain/snow. just my $.02

p.s. if you dont like having a rusty header dont get a dc sports one. seen TONS of rusty ones!

would you heat wrap a bisi header? i sure wouldnt.

the only reason i'd say not to dd with a bisi header is because he lives in maryland, you get all kinds of weather out there.

i could see if you lived in a dry arid state that didnt see much yearly precipitation, as not to corrode the metal on the header.

Im certain about the wiring for the IAT now. I still dont know why i have a CEL tho...well its for code 10, IAT, but i dont know why its there!

Both of my plugs are the same color, the green one i have goes to the top of the throttle body.

I am not really looking at price but somewhat affordable I just what to check my options. I think i am leaning more toward the Greddy header. Also I am about to move back down to Virginia Beach so the weather wont be as bad as MD..... Plus i need to get a midpipe made. Then I will have maybe Greddy header, custom midpipe attached to a Mugen Twinloop axleback...

Yeah this is my daily driver and it only has 60,000 miles on the body and bottom end and only 4000 miles on the top end......I agree wit you on the rusty DC headers but I could always wrap them but them I could just get an egay header and do that... I dont know options, options, options.
