ok guys this guy loosen the bolts ono the distributor without setting it to TDC and he moved the distributor back and forth and he just tightened it all back... is that ok or not? if not what will be a good fix for it? the car is a 93 accord...

 

all that does is slightly advance or retard the timeing ive done it before once

someone correct me if i am wrong but you should be able to advance or retard the timing by fiddling with the dizzy again or retiming the timing belt

 

ya but had the belt been removed? if not it should be ok i would think. sounds like the dizzy jus needs adjustment

 

anyone ever heared of setting the belt a 1/2 tooth in advance? my buddy says it makes it run stupid rich but gives it more power...

 

yeah. i think the best way to do that is with a cam gear

That was right after i got married like we had just walked out of the ceremony lol, just before i got married i was out on the golf course playing 18 holes, and right when we got into the club house it started to downpour in vegas which i heard its good to have rain on your wedding day, and for it to pour in vegas on my wedding day, damn. lol
