no its not to difficult at all, ive pulled probably 25 motors now, and my current one ive pulled 3 times already, but its pretty simple once you do it the first go around. im trying to figure out a color to paint my block, my valve cover is pink so im thinking maybe a pink block too?

Dont do that bro, too much pink, scatter it around, it would look better then a big hunk of pink

I had considered pink. Or this color

Its some sort of purple (I think, colorblindness ftmfl) but its from advance

But Yea, the hardest part about pullin a motor is gettin to some of the harness plugs or the bitch pin for the shift linkage. Otherwise, piece of cake. After your first pull, youll have learned tips and tricks, and theyre much easier then

Pulling an engine isnt hard unless youve done it a bunch of times. Also it does require some important things like an engine hoist. I learned that the hard way and dropped my engine through the bottom of the car and pulled it through the wheel wells haha. But that was in the past and i am full of knowledge now and have learned to do it right.

I like that engine color, kinda looks like the Celtics green.

Honestly, the best advice I can give is make sure you have a haynes manual or something similar, get a can of pb blaster (at an auto parts store) and make sure you have a hoist, jacks, jack stand, engine stand (preferably, especially needed if you're building it), a full set of sockets/wrenches/screwdrivers, a camera (gotta document that ish if its your first one), some friends and a ton of patience. like i said, the hardest thing I found was getting the bitch pin out of the shift linkage (which I still hate) and being able to reach all of the connectors.
