whats up guys, well project gas mileage is happening now, hopefully going to find a cheap place to do an alignment tomorrow, my average mpg has been right around 12.5. My goal is to get it up to at least 35 mpg.
so far i have
added a home depot lip to keep air down
fresh oil
new plugs (factory gapped)
new plug wires, new cap, new rotor
new factory airbox with k and n drop in filter
removed all non essential equipment
removed a/c belt (dont know if the compressor works waiting till summer
aired tire pressures up to 40psi
plugging vehicle in every night
switching from 89 octane (10%) ethanol to 87 octane
getting an alignment
fixing exhaust leaks
new fuel filter
waiting on egay coilovers to get here to lower the car
so we will see what happens, i really hope i can get at least 35mpg out of this car, if not im buying a ****in suburban

yeah it sucks ***, the car has not been maintained at all, im going to do a valve lash adjustment on it tomorrow as well just to double check, but when i checked them about a month ago they were all within spec, maybe a little on the loose side of the spectrum, also loosing oil and dont know where, seal on the dizzy may be leaking, its hard as hell, also v/c gasket is leaking a little bit, not into the spark plug tubes, just around the outside.
im so stoked for winter break after next week. Mechanical engineering is bendin me over. Today we had a thermodynamics test and I get to one question and the 2 pages behind it are blank for work space. FML. anyway. wanna tuck the headlight harness, and change that hood release cable, o and clean the car!
Can I join I drive the Eg8

My cousin wants to join too he drives the white hatch and his name on here is (thekids_sushiEg) He just made his account but he's rocking a Z6 Full I/E/H

around here alot of the gases are mixed with a minimum of 10% ethanol, so i think i can find 92 without but thats hard 93 is even harder, normally at the pumps we have 87 89 and 91 and at most shell stations e85
