My Type-R ABS Plastic Front Lip will not fit on my car! Its like 1/2" short on each side, I tried heating it with a heat gun to stretch it to fit, and even the bolt holes don't match up with the stock bolt holes. There are like 13-14 stock bolts and on the new lip there is only 7.

Yes it will work lol dont listen to b18integraLS lol any integra header will work on 90-00 or what ever year they stopped makin DCs only thing would be it might hang a bit lower or might be tighter to the pan, i have a DC 4-2-1 for a 97 GSR on my LS V and it fits fine </TD></TR></TABLE>

You forgot that the length at the collector and crossmember clearance being an issue.

Any B-series header will bolt up at the flange, but other than that, they are not necessarily a straight bolt-on affair.

Sorry to hear that OldSkoolDA91, why is it that everything us DA people buy ends up the part doesnt fit right or is the wrong part (cough) my Type-R lip. lol.

What Im doing about it is, I figure, EVEN if i stretch to get it to fit, theres gonna be lots of stress on it and could easily crack. SO I'm going to take a Dremel tool and cut the end wings off of the lip (the part that goes around the bumper by the wheels) because its too damn short to fit it, and use 2 black bolts on each side of bumper and then the ones on the bottom of bumper too. There wont be any stress, and a nice fit. Ill keep ya guys updated!

No, I sent pictures and everything to them and I have a 91 Integra W/ a 91 Integra Front Bumper, The lip he sent me is for a 91 Integra. I talked to these other guys and they said that the bolts under the front of the bumper don't line up on theirs either, they also said that their about 1/2" short on the sides as well, so I figure, f-it and im gonna cut the parts that wrap around the side of the bumper and put 2 black screws on the sides, there wont be any stress at all so I think its the best bet, and a good fit too.

front bar? what are you talking about bro?
its easy i have a 90 GS and i have a 93 bumper on it.
paid 150 for it and 25 minutes later it was on

just need to take off your lower turning signal lights off and there are to metal brackets that hold the bumper reamove those and put the ones from a 93 and wahlaaa thats it

its that simple huh?
might have to do that later on. I got Springs, Wheels and other things to worry about first.

My front bumper is all messed up, the 3 bolts like right by the hood latch, those are stripped so I couldnt get it off anyways.

you dont need to remove any of those! those are on the whole bumper
once you remove the mounts from behind the lower signal lights the whole bumper will be off with the support

so no all you will need is to put the new mounts that are included when you buy the bumper onto your car and put the new bumper on

I have a 90 with a 92 front and the only thing i switched is the foam behind the cover. You don't have to switch the bumper support
