I also just finished taking my wing off...since its gonna be 90+ temps here in Philly for the next few days i plan on bondo-ing the crap out of the wing holes and emblem holes and just leaving it like that for a while...at least till next year when i paint the car or until i find a hatch swap with someone...the [freak]ing wing was cracked so bad that it was letting water into my drunk and man that smelled NASTAYYYY...

just got hooked up with my alarm and ignition kill, now i can sleep more soundly at night. also just ordered 2 tokico whites for the front of my car. feeling happy right now hahaah

just flushed my nasty coolant and changed the transmission fluid. I believe the previous owner had some dexIII in there (i have a manual trans) because there was a used gallon of it in my trunk.

I put some Pennzoil Syncromesh and when I say big difference, I mean BIG DIFFERENCE in the way the trans shift now. Smooth and No grinding (it use to gring in third at hi rpms)

 

I bought it in 1998, drove it for 2 weedks and blew up the motor. Got a new one with 15000 miles, and it sat in the garage next to the car for 8 years. Last summer I desided that it was it, I had to get the car on the road, so put the engine in, drove it for the summer, and over this past winter tore it apart and started the build.

you mean for sale or just in general?? im running a skunk2 on my setup and i [freak]ing LOVE it!!! made a hell of a difference for the top end!

im running the Pennzoil Syncromesh in my trans as well. i've also been pretty happy with it too

yah i do and i just replace the cable clutch yesturday and it snap on me today tell me that aint freakin now i knoe the problem the fork on the conversion was to far(tranny) so its puttin to much stress into the wirethis is the 3rd one i snap and im about to sell my da and buy another da and this time im goin to take every step slowly on the swap *UP FOR SALE 90 DA LS GSR SWAP JDM ITR CAMS BLOX INTAKE MANI.*

i am gonna get some lenso 13" drag wheels now since they dont make a slick in 14" for my hp range so dunno what to do with my 92s lol try and find another pair and rock them for DDs

My JDM cat is at my mother in laws house cause we decided not to move him to the appartments since we are gonna be moving into a house by next march and we dont want to stress him out

QUESTIONS THAT NEED TO BE ANSWERED TO BE CONSIDERED:

1. Tell us about your DA. How long have you had it? It's a 1993 GS. I bought the car after my 98 gsr was stolen in February of 2007. I bought it with what the previous owner though was a blown motor for only $1200. Since then I have swapped in the b18c1 out of my gsr and switched to a hybrid suspension. I'm currently building a b20z bottom end for the motor with forged rods and pistons. The car doesn't look spectacular, but I've always been a function over form guy.

2. what do you like about your DA? I love everything about it. I like the raw feel it has when I start it up and pull out on the empty road. I love the way the tires howl when I ace a banked curve. I seriously have a thing for my car.

3. what are your future plans for your DA? Just put on some 85a innovative mounts this weekend. This summer I'm going to get some tokico whites or kyb agx's (still undecided) and hopefully finish up my b20 bottom end.

4. why do u want to be in the DA Squad? Even when I had my DC, I loved the way DAs looked so much more. I love the late 80's and early 90's hondas and the DA is just my favorite of them all.
