havent posted in here in a while, because..well no DA lol. long gone.
exhaust, for sure get custom, I had 2 1/4 catback no resonator, to a magnaflow and single exit tip. PERFECT exhaust, loud when you wanted it to be, quiet cruisin.

(disclaimer: pic IS chopped...it was an inch higher and had lime green slipstreams)

lilvietboy, it really depends on what you want and how much you want to spend. I personally am not a fan of exhaust shop exhausts. Never seen one I've liked or would be anywhere near happy with. Reasons why I don't like exhaust shop exhausts:
- usually not mandrel bent
- prone to rust
- they only provide needed flanges and hardware if you ask for it and pay a bunch more
- they use crappy hardware, might be standard instead of metric, and if it's metric it'll probably be 13mm bolt heads
- usually cheap gaskets
- usually fitment is mediocre at best
My suggestions if you get an exhaust shop exhaust:
- pick your own muffler, cat and resonator
- force them to make the exhaust as close as possible to stock in regard to fitment and flanges. This means an axle back, a b-pipe, and a cat. All of which can be unbolted and removed easily
- paint it when they're done
Typically getting an exhaust shop exhaust made to higher standards like that w/ all the needed flanges and high quality muffler and resonator is going to cost very close, or more, than a lightly used aftermarket exhaust which is probably going to look better, perform better, last longer, and in general just be easier to deal with.

Nope, stock Honda pumps are ok for all motor power!
Just had some 310's.
Lets see stock Honda pump lasted on my B16 with a 100 shot which probably made about 220-230
and my all motor LsVtec which made 210.
