I thought the dual bend was the biggest piece of crap. On up shifts my hand would be at the center console and on hard shifts I had to hold back to keep my hand from going through it!
B&M all the way.

havent really done any hard shifts with it yet but it doesnt sit that close to the console, i like how its brought back to me cause im so tall lol thats why i like the offset on the new wheel it brings everything back to me so my arms arent stretched out or my legs crunched together

The stock shifter and linkage from an Integra Type R (or even a base model G3 Integra) bolted onto a DA is far better than ANY short shifter, in my opinion.

Short shifters = garbage.

I agree, a DC2 shifter on a DA is definitely an upgrade.

I finally got my DA running, too. Stupid a$$ distributor is such a PITA. This single component can sure cause a frigging head-ache.

So here's a story...

My friend's red GT3's and PJDM CF intake were stolen off his hatch on July 1. I called all my Honda buddies from the area and let them know what was up and to keep an eye out. An hour later, I get a call from the guy who tunes in the Lancaster (OH) area that there's a red EF with the same wheels and tires as my friend's. We hop in my car and roll out there and find the kid cruising. Long story short, after 8 days of intense investigating (Googlemaps, myspace, County auditor, white pages, emails and phone calls), we found the guys name, age, CL ads for the stolen goods, questionable pics of the wheels on the car on July 2, address, home phone, etc. Police took the evidence we compiled and ran with it. Now the car is impounded, the wheels are being returned (and repainted to original color), intake is being recovered, and the kid is sitting in a holding cell waiting for someone to bail him out. WIN.

ps-not too much is new with the DA's. Pulled the brake and PS lines out the bay in the project car and am going for some fittings to loop this bad boy later.
