i'm not 100% sure but i think it would work, you might just need to open the holes up just a tad. i say that because when i got my spoon tie bar i only had to adjust it like two turns down, so it was shorter by like an cm. but my buddy has a beaks bar that he hasn't put on yet. this weekend i can try to see how it matches up.

I have an Integra XSi engine in my car right now...not sure of the year but it is most likely a 90 or 91...i beleive the civic CRX Distrib and rotor will work cause i looked at a diagram and the rotor and cap looked exact...so i assume by your chart that i should take those parts for the 88-91 CRX Si? Let me know if I am off...Thanks for the help man!
