Hey guys, hopin to get a spot in this. Rockin a 97 EX. Have a turbo kit put together to be installed in 2 weeks. Came with Tein S-techs (definitely have to go for buddy club coilovers or the koni yellow/gc combo) and came with the halos (have stockers). Heres the only pic I have of it at its current state. I have a couple questions.
1. How hard angled will the curvatures be? In this drawing they are very angular, but in the other drawing they are more smooth.
2. What's the total width of harness bar tube? Any idea what width the two supporting bars will be? Are the support tubes square as well?
3. This drawing puts the backside edge of the seats very close to the harness bar. How deep is this bar? Can you include measurements on the drawing?
I put this together for you to help estimate how far back the seats come and to estimate good clearance between the seat and the bar.

In any setup there would be very little recline. That's why I want to make sure their is ample room between the seat and bar. You wouldn't want the bar digging or resting on the seats and you need a little wiggle room for slight recline adjustments.

My seats seem to be i guess up farther and reclined more. Tubing 1
.5" OD and when I measured from bolt hole to back of sit it was 7" they will be like 1" Dia threaded round bar! What i can do is make the L bracket longer on the side that mounts to pillar and make it slotted! that would let taller people side the seat back more! But tomorrow when i finish Golfing I will re measure again lol....
OH with a 08 S2K wheel what SRS thing(CLOCK SPRING) do I need the one for my car or the S2K?

im not sure, but if it plugs in your probably ok. when the srs module detects certain parameters and decides to deploy the bags, it sends a low voltage current and it goes off. generally, all airbags take a minimal amt of voltage to be set off so even if its not the exact air bag itll probably still deploy. In order to test our air bag circuit you install a calibrated resister in place of the srs airbag and diagnose accordingly.

Tyson - What seats are in your car and used for the initial measurements? Seats designed to run a harness belt system are also seats you don't really drive while reclined because it's just not comfortable.
