Re: ** The offical 96-00 civic 4dr thread ** PART 2
What i did was cut a piece in the bottom if i recall correctly. to make it fit perfect. also you loose the split with the DB8 Rear seats. Also to make it fit perfect i put a "pad"/"cushion" not really sure how to correctly call it to make the bottom connect with the top if that makes any sense. Kinda of hard to explain hope am making sense. lol
Oh You should of ask me or even called me to explain to you the process of it.
And to be honest not sure how much am going to be charging for them if i do decide to sell them. BECAUSE SINCE I GOT A COUPE NOW am trying to do the same idea as of what i had in my sedan. the whole interior black and with the recaros and the rear ITR seats but the DB8 rears don't fit neither the DC2 the only solution is taking the wrapper of the seats and wrapping it around my OEM coupe seats which thats a better option. but will see.
I think the OEM go for 450 around so.. they are rare to find. YOU CAN'T find DB8 rear seats just like that and specially in perfect condtions like mine. You know how much i take care of my car and my parts in general.

I got my thin molding set on Honda-tech from a guy from the Phillipines
I sanded out the texture and had them paintmatched to my car.

Just bought some goodies from Matt @ ICB.
Can't wait to get them on my civic. Which is so weird to say since this is my first one in 17 years of driving!

About black vs chrome or any color, in my opinion black wheels suck. Its like youre running on steelies or pure tire because you cant see the styling of yhe wheel. Not to offend anybody but its like people wearing black shirts to hide their bulges.
Unless theres nice rotors, brakes, or decals.
Like so: it makes the brake kit pop more.

Anyone wanna buy my gsr front and rear brake setup? I'm deciding to go another route. Asking 250 or best offer. Near complete, just needs trailing arm bushings and rear brake lines.

just a couple old shots just for fun
Fresh rubber soon. I ran Toyo Proxes4 for the last two years and really love em. Anyone know of anything better for that price range?
