Cracked exhaust manifold will throw off the primary o2 readings, but not the heater circuit. Find someone that can weld it up for you or buy a new one. These are known to crack so buying a used one will only be a temporary fix.

I do, I got a headers / stock exhaust manifold laying around. Came off my y7 after I smogged it, fairly new still.

never left just never got around to visiting the thread!
i've been trying to figure out how to get sub and air suspension components into the trunk and keep it functional as well. also some rolling or shaving of rear fenders.

i went back to stock height today on my ek ferio. for some reason it sitting higher than usual. its like a good 4 1/2 - 5 finger gap. i dont know why, can anyone explain?
it sit like this high like "axis11's car" but my 15's si wheel. lol im so ready for off road...
i did do new tie rod, upper arm, new lowerball joint, and new rack opinion but that shouldnt be the problem..

DAAAM! sedan on air? gotta see that! I got a big install in my trunk and still got room for some occasional weekend out. I constructed a trunk inside the trunk.. It's got a lid over the spare tire recess, being the base for it all. it's got a "drawer" to access the spare and some room underneath it to put some bottles and tools or whatever. I then did a box to house the subs that stands between the trunk and back of rear seats. Like this, I only stole space right here. I kind of traded the bottom of the trunk by another ( a bit thicker than oem, of course) and the box in the back of rear seats only took me a bit from the length of it. I still had room left to install 12 cd box and the capacitor. You just have to be careful with the trunk lid hinges, cuz they take some room in the trunk when it's closed. There, hope I explained myself clearly.
if and when you put it on air, please post some pics, I'd love to see that.
