sell you my automatic 2000 lx blk pretty much stock just lowered. its my daily but if the price is right ill sell it and finish my crx.

FOUND IT.
I reverse searched the image and found the earliest date it was posted which was March 2013 on Honda-Tech. Went on StickyDilJoe archives and looked through all their March/April blog posts:

Something is up with Honda-Tech, the servers slow as **** it's not letting me edit so imma double post:
Doesn't seem OEM, there's one OEM color in Europe thats really close to that but it's not as brown
