Why not? Rice is the perfect word for it. Unless you want to invent a new word. I can see why rice has a negative connotation for some, but it's just a word. I like it because it makes me think about the types of mods many of us have done when we first started getting into cars. Rice is cool. Today's rice is tomorrows ballin', or hellaflush, or what have you. I like 'rice.' Too many words floating around to describe the same thing these days.

I need axles. Given the price of brand new OEM axles, what do you guys recommend as a possible alternative? TIA.

whuddup famz?
abouth that girl's (let's hope it's a girl's) pink civic... well, just stating my opinion and please don't take this "that whole 'nother side". I kinna like it.... I know the ways to "approach" modding to a 2001 or 99'er are different. You can see it from the threads. there are people who make the "crossover" (I, for one, really like the hellaflush/fatlace/illest thing on ek sedans), but mostly, they have different "identities". this one is obviously, more on the 01 side of things. And I think it does ok-ish in doing it. Of course, I think it looks kinna like she took the things a bit over the top, almost like a caricature, but it has the elements there. I woulda kept it simpler (making it for the wifey, of course). I don't think the bra goes well there with the "theme" and the "transporter kit" looks a bit too "round-ish", too vintage for my tastes as does the supposedly 70's skateboard (which musn't be from the 70's at all, looking at the colors)- it is just too much. Not even gon talk about what I think is a zebra interior...But keeping the color, wheels (maybe color coded or gold plated), lip, it should be nice. even the thing on top if it was "sportier" or with a more modern look, it could look good.
not sure what you'd call that though. bit why call it something? whatever it is?...

Nah, the one I posted didn't have a Type R front but it resembles the car you were talking about.

Reminds me of last year, but with not so good weather. Nothing this year turning out quite like I was hoping. If we don't all die on Saturday, then maybe there will be a 2012 gathering.
