It's like a little PCV valve .... except it's not little and there's no valve.
It's for venting to a catch can so you can eliminate the stock PCV system, thus removing oil from the intake.

I was going to say...totally looks like dried wet sanding residue on the rear window, and notice the holes for the tail light wires are covered up and are the same color as the car...

Yeah they go to a catch can to relieve crank case pressure and to help from blowing out seals!!

lol thats wut i thought.... but i need hood locks, not pins... but the ones u need a key..i have a cf hood and one time i was at the mall and somebody popped my hood and cut my alarm siren and pulled the battery cables...but if i had hood locks it would prolly prevented it all...
ofcourse nothing was done to my car but that..maybe they were gonna come back for it, who knows - or my lack of keyholes prevented them (i doubt it tho)...

venting doesnt help you avoid bad rings or blowby, its typically used in a setup where theres alot of pressure and oil floatin around in the engine. for example if you run a nitrous set up car, you might leave the top rings with a wide gap you wouldnt run on a non nos car to allow for expansion when you get hot, but until then your going to have alot of stuff going around places. so instead of venting it to the intake you vent it to a canister. no performance there its just a result of cause and effect on specifically set up cars.
i always thought da referred to 2 door and db referred to 4 door, than dc was 94 - 01 hatch. i dunno i dont really care for those terms anyway i like when people say something like "i own a 96 prelude 2.2 vtec" in stead of jibberjabber... but than again im lazy

I thought that was for the kids who were running ls/vtec..and needed more oil up in the head..so those were the oil lines that were tapped from the oil pan.

port, let me know if you're taking those stanleys. Because I'll gladly take the ones you have now off your hands.

if thats what that is than its completely different and i have no clue what that is. however vtec does not get its oil supply from anywhere other than the solenoid and the solenoid gets fed from a internal cavity in the block casing which travels through some routing in the head, than into the solenoid and actuates a shaft that locks rocker arms. ls v setups typically get theyre oil pressure feed line from the oil pressure sensor on the back of the block near number 2/3. they tap it into the head and intercept the routing tahts casted into the vtec head from the block and tap off the head where it would have originally gotten its source. but i dunno some people do some crazy stuff. so than again these are just things i also assumed to be true.

Re: (portfl0w)
plus there is not pressurised oil in the pan, its a resevoir for dumping than gets sucked up by the pickup tube and runs throught the pump. if it goes to the pan its dumping... unless you have an independant pump seperate to the oem system for pressurized oil.
