Zex Wet VS Dry
Im looking into a Zex kit and have looked at wet from the start, primarily because everyone I talk to says wet. My local shop however had never heard of Zex, and it is my understanding that such dry kits as NOS provide no extra fuel what so ever. The Zex dry kit does however does add fuel by bumping fuel PSI. So is the Zex wet kit still safer than the dry, or is it about even (assuming a 50 shot is used) ?
i had a nos dry kit with a 50 shot and it worked great! the nos kit also bumps up fuel psi when nitrous is applied, just like the zex does, i guess you shop does not know what there talking about. people dont like dry kits because the hightest shot you can run is a 75, reccommended by NOS and zex because of the lack of fuel. in easiers terms if you only want to run a 50 shot and never add more than 75, dry is the way to go, its cheaper and a lot easier to install, but if you want more and more nitrous power, i would suggest the wet kit because there is no limit to what you can spray.
hope that helps!

The guy at the shop just said, " I prefer wet, keeps you from leaning out."
I was unaware that the NOS kits bumped pressure. Im still on the fence on this one, I dont want to half *** it.

The only limit is the motor... Spray to big of a shot (BOOOOOOOMMM!!!!!)

I dont think the NOS dry kit boost's pressure.. The wet system work's with two solenoids. One spray's fuel and the other spray's nitrous.. I think you have to manually turn fuel pressure up..
