Looks like you have a lot of research to do before you start building your z6. First off, your going to want aftermarket Vitara pistons, they have a much stronger cast than the ones from the Suzuki. (Go with YCP)
As for your question on size. You can get them in 75mm, 75.5mm and 76mm I believe, and choose accordingly depending on your goals.
There is a lot that goes into something like this, i'm doing the same thing and have a lot of work/research that needs to be done. You should do the same and get it done correctly the first time.

i appreciate the imput man i know there is alot of research and work i need to put into it.. i just kinda wanted to get a heads up as to what some guys are running out there.. i knew it was right around 75mm just didnt know what you guys preffered..i by no means am gonna rush this.. i have a perfectly good running boosted car now to keep me occupied so building the block is just kindof a added bonus
75mm is stock...
depends on the shape of your cylinders.. you can have them honed and maintain that... Or you can have the cylinders bored out to 75.5 or 76...
But yeah, like the original reponse: keep doing more research

pretty simple and effective vitara piston eagle or FJ rods. You planning on doing any headwork?Cam springs retainers. What kind of turbo what kind of manifold what size piping what type of intercooler oil lines etc the list goes on and on. Look in the singlecam thread
get the 75.5mm ycp vitaras from fjdistributors (wicked fast shipping and cust. service).
bring the pistons to the machine shop with the block, and have the machinist bore and hone it to around .0035" for ptw tolerance.
dont forget the possiblity exists that you will have to notch the block and main girdle to clear the rods and rodbolts.
as said before, keep reading and good luck. i was a big fan of how my vitara setup held up for the price it cost me
