z6 build
i already have eagle h beam rods. but i dont kno what pistons to go with i dont want low compression i want to keep up/ beat b16 boosted. aiming for 9.0-9.5 compression rate. also what should i do to the head mechine wize? would a stock head but rebuilt with oem parts b fine?
I don't see any mention of a turbo on your engine. Yet you hope to keep up with a boosted B16?
I don't think that's possible.

im on there i have a t25 turbo that im about to put on but im also building a motor and want to nko what are good pistons. my friend he is on here has a b16 and i wanna keep up with him. so i guess no 1 is going to help me [freak] it
piston choice really depends on your power goal. If you're looking for a simple 400whp build, snag a set of Vitaras and call it a day. Otherwise, look into Arias, CP, Wiseco, etc...
You're going to need more than just an engine build to have a reasonably fast setup though. What does your turbo setup consist of and do you plan to upgrade that as well??

acutally block to block u will have a ton more power off the line with a small turbo like that compared to someone with a big turbo.. and u dont even need pistons and rods. stock block is fine . just tune it well.
well later on down the road(a year) i am going to get a ls or a b16 and boost that but untill then i want a boosted fast d16. im dont want nuffin outragous that i cant use on the b. i was planning on going t3/t4 63 trim would that b fine for both motors?
