Default would there be any troubles with this setup?

I remember a post a while back about a setup similar to this where oil return line was a problem or something? would there be any problems with this setup:

You could still "clock" the turbo center so the return section is facing downwards. Of course, you can always get 45degree AN fittings to make it a better flowing for the oil return line.
