Default worst nightmare comes true- oil line

man, i was on my way to the gym and stopped at a red light, adjusted my stereo and all of a sudden a harsh smell of burnt something rushes into the car...****! i look up and the hood has disapeared in smoke.....****!..... the freaking light is taking forever! my poor baby, i pull over and check out the first thing that came into mind as to what migh have happened, the oil lines. Sure enough the oil return line is busted and spewing oil all over... oh well thats wat i get, using rubber. So i plugged up the feed and return line and drove home, what a bummer. lesson learned! Yes indeed. oh and the other thing as the car started smoking at the stop light this ******* in a truck drives buy and yells out " dont buy a honda"! man.....oh boy was i mad

that sucks. Did the line break at the fittings or the rubber line itself split?

it was a rubber hose for the coolant, everytime i get paranoid i would tighten the clamp a little more so it finally gave way.

it is not that hard to understand. there are many threads that give out complete part numbers and everything for you need for your return line. what turbo are you using?
