Re: Won't boost past 1psi
I was having some serious issue last year, couldn't figure it out all my friends and their tuners tried to talk me into buying their EMS to solve the problem because I am in Germany and they are stuck in their stubborn ways I have to drive all the way to Holland for dyno tuning. after so many hours of researching and testing and hearing all the **** talking from people who know ****, I finally figure it out, I had to switch transmission because I damaged my Dog box 3rd gear. long story short the dog box did not have a speedo gear on the differential so I was always stuck in anti lag mode (2step) only way I could make a pass was when I changed the transmission and realized the speed sensor signal was the problem.

Re: Won't boost past 1psi
Have you verified the ecu is getting the proper signals?
There should be a sensor view on the S300. Verify that everything get a signal and that's it's the proper signal.
Either you've got a a wiring harness problem, a jumper harness problem, or an ecu issue.
Have you tried a different map? Go into the tune vault or whatever it's called and download a tune from a similar setup, upload it to the ecu, and see what happens. If you still get that same cut ou problem then it's the harness, the ecu, or a mechanical engine problem.

I have 2 step off and my gap is .03
Ok well I mentioned earlier the car is throwing a code 6, just the other day the cel started flickering on and off with no pattern or consistency, still only throwing code 6 car idles runs and drives fine other than my boost problem

Check those map wires a third time.
Continuity on each wire with a multimeter. Less than one ohm of resistance minimum from end to end
If thats the only thing youve changed i would look really hard in that area.
Post a vid if you can of it cutting out

Also what size turbo do u have ?
And what spring is in ur wastegate?

this could be telling the ECU your temperature is not high enough or too high, even though all your protection are turned off you never know, get that part fix too.
