Default Witch turbo would be best?

I was wondering which turbo would be best. I have searched and still just want some peoples different views and ideas. So my set up is a stock ls vtec with a gsr head and stock b18b block. Im just looking for something to get me by tell my fully built swap is done. And I know its all about the tune when it comes to boost. So with all this being said which do you guys think would be best t3/t4, gt30, gt35???? I think gt35 is over kill but up for some talk about. Anything will help

Thanks

-Power goal?
-Purpose of the car?
-Stock internals? = <350whp is possible safely
-Budget to spend on a turbocharger = (What is your maximum willingness to spend on a turbocharger? (Please give a specific number range)

-Supplemental equipment? A/C? Power Steering? What chassis? etc.

This is how you narrow things down.. not like a poll or concensus.

Any 57 trim turbo will get you to 300whp easily with supporting mods. With a bigger turbo, you can run lower psi for more power but will sacrifice spool up time.

$600 keeps you pretty much on the lower introductory end of the Precision line, or a used Garrett. This leaves you with the Precision 5431, the older SC34, or as stated, a used Garrett or Turbonetics. Some will argue the use of Godspeed and and CX Racing turbocharger units.. All I can offer is to use true caution and care; get something large, and cheap, and you'll lose all of the "daily driver" characteristics that you're hoping to achieve.
