2.4L inline 4. 2001 Toyota Tacoma. Keep in mind his car can only hit 107mph max. We want the highest horsepower turbo that will also be the most useful. If it takes a long time to spool its pointless because the trucks governor will restrict it.

So whatcha guys think? t04e? t3 super 60? specific as you can, trim, a/r, etc.

it will be used primarily for the 1/8th more then the 1/4th mile.

250wep, stock toyota iron block (supposedly can handle 400hp) 8-9psi max. redline at 6k i think?

Hmmm, 2.4L huh? Sounds like the 22re block thats been in most of Toyo's trucks since the mid-eighties. During the first couple of year produced some of the Toyo trcuks actually came with a turbo engine stock. It was designated "22RTE". But anyways, I was gonna buy an early eighties celica(RWD version) and swap in the 22RTE(direct bolt-in)......But that fell through. I did learn some good info and found some nice links that may help you out

OK..

At 10~15psi, a T04B V1/V2 trim compressor looks great assuming maximum engine RPM of 6400 and approximately 92% engine VE.

I would personally use a T3 turbine with a .63 AR.

There shouldn't be any problems spooling it or making 300hp either.
