Default WILL THIS WORK?

I have a 1999 civic EX, with the stock D16Y8 Engine. I also have a TD40H-15G Turbo kit that everyone I’ve talked to say works great on the d16 engines. My problem is that I want the boot but I still want to keep most of my car stock. What, can I do to get the boot without doing major engine work?

But, right now I have the TD40 Turbo Kit its sit at about 7 psi, with intercooler, 300 cc injectors, fuel rail, 6 psi wastegate, and a BOV.

Another question I have is will my car run like this? Or should I start looking for a new engine?

Hope, u guys can help.
Thanks!

what are you doing for fuel management? Otherwise, you'll be fine with that boost level, hell i boosted a y7/y8 with over a 100k miles on it to 15 psi, no issues at all. As have many others on here.

Woa Buddy hold on. Don't go getting excited jsut yet! DO NOT! REPEAT DO NOT BOOST OVER 7PSI with a FMU and limited experience! yo udon't want t o kill that 99 EX engine just yet. sure it will take 15psi if tuned properly but in your situation consider 7psi your safety limit. Dont even consider a FMU, their are cheaper solutions that work better. I have some 450cc injectors FS if you need them PM me.
