Default d16y8 going boosted

I have a 2000 civic ex 5spd. I'm looking to turbo charge it at around 8psi. Cosidering it is obd2 what is the best engine management to tune it. Besides AEM EMS. My goal is to make 200whp out of the motor. I just finished cleaning up the stock motor (maintenance) looking for forced induction. Also would 440 injectors be a good upgrade? thanks in advance.

Are you planning to build the engine or run stock internals?

Read http://www.phearable.net/tech/efibeginnerguide.html

440cc injectors would work great for your application along with a walbro 255 lph fuel pump kit.
