Default will this turbo support me

will a t3/t04e with a 60 trim and .63a/r support about 450 whp. its goin in a 4g vtec prelude.

yeah im preety sure that turbo is good till 450 and then its taping out..........

yeh it will hold 450whp but i would go with a .82 turbine on a h22

no need to go with a .82 housing, just go with the .63 but with a Stage3 wheel, kick in quick and pull hard to redline.

i'm goin to be using this turbo with a 10:1 cr, how much power should i be able to put out on about 15psi, and about when should it get full boost?

with a .63 exhaust wheel you should see full boost at about 43-4700. that turbo will support 450, but it will be breathing heavily

y so big? wouldnt the .63 spool a little sooner? i want it to spool somewhere between 3600-4000...

if this is one of the new garret t3/t04e's they support 480 crank hp. the older versions that turbonetics sells only support 450-475 so youve pretty much tapped that turbo out, the problem you face at that point is over speeding the turbo and risk having it destroy itself

I think the 60-1 would be a better choice. Just get the .63 ar stage 3 wheel.
I found them from turbochargers.com for 624 shipped. The 60-1 can support about 525-550 crank hp

It all depends on what your goals for the car are. If youre looking for streetable performance, go as SMALL as possible, while still being able to hit your goal.
If youre going for a peak HP monster, OR, if you have larger plans in the near future, go larger.

I have a t3/t4 57 trim and its a To4B comp housing its good to about 450whp so I think your gonna do fine! good luck

you sure its a B housing, i thought only the 57 trim came with the E housing, as far as i know, i only seen 54 trims with the B housing
