Default will this pass emissions??

hi there. i have a drag 3 turbo kit on a b16a2 in a 00si.
im gonna try and get it smogged in ca so im getting increasingly nervous bout whether or not it will pass.
stock internals stock head. external fuel pump, 3in greddy exhaust, fmic, ext wastegate, blitz bov, dsm450cc, greddy ebc, ~8 psi, i dunno what im forgettin...

anybody have probs gettin smogged with turbo???
any advice??
i hear california is a big hassle to get smogged with any modifications let alone turbo.
any feedback will be useful. TIA

as far as i remember the only turbo that i know of that is carb legal is the greddy kit. i do believe the drag kit is sold as an off road turbo only.
i think the external fuel pump alone is enough to fail.

aahhh. i knew it was too good to be true..
well im gonna install a walbro intank soon anyways but damn that sucks.. so basically i gotta return the engine back to N/A. aaaahh

is there ANY way to pass without going through that whole process? i mean it can be done but what a pain in the ***.

what if i get it smogged in say colorado( thats where the car is now in my garage)
then trailer it out here to cali. will that even be legal to drive it in cali? i guess i could do the uninstall in colorado and drive it out to colorado too cuz im just concerned about miles on the turbo. im gonna build my block anyways and eventually do head work so 1000 miles isnt gonna bother me too much... the engine has relatively low miles still too.

so 1. smog in co
2. revert back to N/A
3. find a testing facility w/ "hookups" in ca.
4. ??

just pay extra to get smogged illegally like everybody else, if not don't bother going this route.

if thats the only way then ****... whats a man to do??
wish i could get some hints to where all the "excellent customer service"
shops are at in the bay area then.

so nobody has an alternative route ey.
can i just lean the fuel out, add ~1/2 gallon of methanol,
put a cat conv. on? unhook the BOV?

where is methanol sold?
