#1..drag didn't submit the kit to carb so its not legal in california, and i believe it has an open wastegate
#2..small turbo, it was designed to be a complete bolt on kit designed for almost stock fuel systems

I don't know because i don't have to go through the visuals but from what i've heard nothing (including bov's) can vent back into the atmosphere.Thats why on stock turbo charged cars they are all routed back to the intake before the turbo. As far as releasing polutants there are non and you will pass emissions just not the visual inspection (if applicable)

well i have heard many times that you can fail visual if you have a valve cover breather.

most stock turbo charged cars come with mass airflow sensors so they have to be routed back and i am sure it is to cut down on the noise also.

-small downpipe, I've heard the Greddy kit for the GSR has a 2" downpipe.
-Greddy's fuel system is only designed for one boost setting (low PSI), you can boost higher PSI but you'll need a custom fuel setup
-with the internal WG you are limited to 15 PSI of "safe" boost

the Greddy turbo's TD05-18G can flow for up to 400-450 HP, you just have to swap out the "bottle-necks" to get that much HP, but if you permenantly change the kit you void the CARB exemption.
