Will a 1g DSM 14b (TD05H) turbo clamp right in to my TD04H exhaust housing? It looks identical to the nekked eye, and I can get one for like $50 from a local j/yard. Would it matter for the water/oil cooling, or can I just use the oil I have now and hook the lines up to it?

No it won't, but any of the T25/T28's from an SR20DET will. The Greddy manifold is flanged for a conventional Garrett Style T25. A T28 from the Nissan Pulsar GTiR woudl be an awesome upgrade. It can easily support 300 whp. I carry them Brand New for $650.00 + shipping.

Ok, thanks. I'm looking for j/yard upgrades right now . I'm not looking for much more HP, as I do like the daily driveability (sp? real word?) of my Greddy TD04, just something with a little more pep.
What about a T25 from a 2g DSM? Will it work?

I think the DSM flange is rotated 90 degrees from the standard garrett type flange, so it won't work. I've heard others say that they did not use the water connections on their water cooled turbochargers and had no problems.
