I used the 8.8:1's and they did just fine for 20,000miles with 375whp @ 14psi. But I can't comment how they would be with more miles as I am currently rebuilding now using a different piston/compression simple because my insatiable appetite for power was not being feed with 375 anymore.

wiseco gets a from me.

Is there oil squirter clearance issues with these pistons on a GSR? or only LS?

I would use Wisecos over any forged piston. Reasons...Offset wrist pin (like OEM), they come coated, and Import builders has reported that the clearances are better than most of the other manufacters.

Wisecos are awesome pistons, I have ran three sets of them in my builds! Just FYI for people talking about the oil squirters above, when running Forged Pistons the oil squirters are no longer needed, you can get block off plugs from Golden Eagle to replace the squirters. Stock cast pistons need the oil for cooling the forged pistons do not

I sell Wisecos too also CP, JE, Arias all are good pistons

I had to adjust the squirters on my b18c5 block to clear the piston. Just a slight bend and has been working fine for over 2 years. I would leave them if possible. The extra lubrication/cooling can't hurt. just my two cents...
