Default Wideband tuning from 20hg to 0, what should it be?

I'm pretty sure after 0-9psi my goal is 12af ratio, but what about before that in the vacuum side? What should the AF be? If you have a website, please share. The hondata ones says 14.7, but does that apply to boosted cars also.
