Just like the topic say boys, how much shot were you pushing and what brand??? Just trying to gather some info for a friend, he's considering nitrous but doesn't know what brand to go with. I told him ZEX but he said he's heard of ppl blowing their motors with that kit. I guess he's just paronoid.

i believe for the money...zex is probally the safest. I've seen an idiot do a 75 shot and bounced off red line for 2 secs and not have much problems...just get the msd window activation switch and cut off. Basically with the window it'll atctivate the zex unit at a desired rpm and deactive it at another predetermined rpm. Just make sure you use some common sense with nitrous.

zex is the safest . . . but cant get alot of power out of em , if your looking for a small shot and know nothing of nitrous , just get the zex.

if you wanna roll with the big dogs, get nx or nos , direct port.

nos is the best and you can also make them the safest. get a kit from nos for your car all fuel and what ever bolt on you can get and you should be ok. i blew my **** when i was squeezing a 70 shot on top of my 16 lbs of boost. i was also miss using it squeezing from stop lite to stop lite. now i only push the button when i have too

yea i dont use mine much either. my car is fast enough without it , fast enough to beat most boosted cars. . . but got the 100 shot direct port for the guys that rolll up next to me with 18 psi +on their cars, just to give em more of a run for their money.
