take of the housings - 6 bolts on each housing (13mm or 1/2in)
mark comp wheel on shaft. hold turbine still, break loose nut on comp. take off wheel, pull shaft out, take off rest of comp housing, replace guts ( you will see when you get in there, its pretty intuitive), put back together the way you took it apart. make sure comp wheel lines up with marks you make, put housings back on, install in car... go boost!

I dunno about redoin it myself.....do the rebuiild kits like the ones you would get off ebay come with intrusctions..........and after you get the nut off the compressor does the the compressor turbine slide off??....I hade the nut off before and couldn't get that little wheel off..any suggestions??

I rebuilt my own turbo as well. Just be careful and make sure you do it right.
The bearings that came with my rebuild kit were too loose around the shaft. There would have been TONS of shaft play if I would have used them. But, luckily my old bearings were still perfect (I rebuilt it because the compressor seal was leaking badly).
You can save a lot of money by rebuilding it yourself though, so I say go for it.
