Thoughts on GT37 for SPFwd?
Alright Im almost done with my SPFwd build since my car was stolen striped and plenty of other things go wrong in the past year and a half, but I am not sure if I should keep my current turbo or go with something like the GT4088R. The current turbo I have is a.....
GT37
Comp side
Wheel 82mm
A/R .54
Turbine side
Wheel 72.5mm
Wheel trim 84
A/R .68 T4 housing
Any ideas if this will due around 650whp in a ls-vtec 84mm, 9.5:1 Comp motor?
Thanks!!!!

Use your current turbo until you've got the car dial at that power level. Once you dont think you can go faster on the gt37, upgrade to a gt40r or gt42r.

The GT3767S will make a lot of power on an 84mm LS/VTEC. I think you will be pleasantly surprised I had the opportunity to tune a T4 GT3767S on a built 1.6 liter B16a last year. It made 14lbs - 15lbs by 5800RPM. Revved it out to around 9100RPM - 9500RPM. A little lag but that was to be expected with a 1.6 liter B16a. Great turbocharger for SFWD IMO
