Default where to get oil pan return flange? and also my fitting problems

I went to the local earls shop and bought most of my oil feed line. i have a few questions about the other stuff i got. I got two 3/4" barbed fittings that come out the t25 water sides and they stick out like about 2 inches each side. Is this too long and when i connect the water line will it hit the block? also these fitting are made of aluminum, and being that they are connected to the turbo, is it going to get too hot and melt them? I have heard of aluminium melting at high temps, and i believe that the turbo get to super high temps, so will this be a problem? Lastly, where do i get the two o9il return fittings that come out of the turbo and go into the block I am looking for the turbo return fitting and the fitting that needs to be drilled and screwed into the block. does anyone know where i can get these. Thanks
Brian
