Default Where do you mount your AFC?

I know I shouldn't post in this forum, but this seems to get the best response....and I just got my turbo, so I'm excited. Cut me some slack...heh.

Where do you guys mount your AFC?

I just put mine on top of the dash in plane site, but am thinking about relocating it to under the radio. Reason: I always have to remember to put my sun visor up during the day so the heat doesn't melt the components inside the AFC from being on top of the dash. Plus, it is in plane view to thieves.

Hide it LOL. Just put in a place away from the sun and away from the thieves. Or better yet mount it somewhere, not permanent, so when u park u can hide it.

Did anyone put it where the clock area is on the Integra? It doesn't fit exactly, but perhaps some of you did some custom stuff?

The coolest idea I've seen (which I blatantly copied) was to mount an L-bracket to the ceiling right in front of where the map lights are and attach the VAFC so it sits basically right above the rearview mirror. I'll snap a pic of my setup tonight.

Double sided tape, inside the glove compartment.
The VAFC isn't really something U need to look at while driving.

You could put it above your rear view mirror, I have seen this done before and it looks really cool at night, I am not sure if it is the best place for it thought, if you want to get at it in a hurry. Its up to you where do you want to put it?
