those are air filters....
1 thin line with air filter goes to box inside car from vaccum source.
1 thick line goes from black box (OUT) to wastegate.
1 thick line goes from black box (IN) come from a vaccum source.
Vaccum source can be in lots of different spots, brake booster, some turbos, msot vaccum lines from engine.

ok well its working but my boost is not turning up. when i adjust the controller. is this because the top bolt on my external wastegate is missing does there need to be pressure in the wastegate at the top where that bolt goes? or does this not matter. its the bolt on the deltagate that goes in the center of the wastegate at the top thanks.
My write up there was for internal wastegate and is the way i have mine setup. You will need to find someone with it on a external wastgeate setup so you know what nipples to use off the wastegate.
