Default Turbo Install almost complete. Just need last minute help please!

Crappy cell phone picture

So, I just need help running my vacuum lines. I will be running the BOV line directly to a vacuum port on my golden eagle vacuum box. Next, I will have the source of the vacuum box tee'd off from the Brake Booster line. Behind my intake manifold is an open port, I will be using that port to have my wastegate line run directly to it since the wastegate should ONLY see pressure not vacuum, correct? Lastly, I will have my boost gauge, which will be in the cabin, line connected to another Vacuum Port on my Golden Eagle box.

I was wondering if this is correct. I am not too sure about my boost gauge line and my wastegate line.

Thanks! Want to get this install complete already

that line your wastegate is going to is the same as a line from the vacuum box. do you have a fitting on the compressor housing to use instead? a non-vacuum source would be pre-throttle body.

the wastgate pipe must install before the throttle body. my is on the plase like yellow BOV written is ..

you can use all vacum on the box (bov/gauge/)

I don't have a fitting on my housing. I'm running the GT28rs. Maybe I can just get one of those couplers that have a fitting on it?

Be careful running the BOV off a shared vacuum source, some bov's like to have their own source. Just an FYI if the bov doesnt sound like its working then get it to an independent source

I'm wondering the same thing. If your turbo isn't tapped for this, what do you do then??

you can drill and tap the compressor housing your self, its not hard but do it with the turbo off the car and compressor housing removed and be sure to clean it really well afterwards
