Default Where to buy wastegate diaphragm? *SEARCHED*

I think the diaphragm in my SSAC wastegate is worn out. The rubber is all gross and loose. My Tial BOV is nice and firm.

1.) Does that matter??

2.) Where do i or can i buy a diaphragm for it and how much are they??

--basically the reason i'm asking is because when i try to seat it in the hole before putting the top back on, it is too big....like it is all worn out and loose. I don't think it is going to function as it should like this.

ok what now??

I"m not having problems putting it together it was all loose and wouldn't seat, but i let it sit out and it kinda shrunk again. What happened was it got solvent on it when my friend cleaned it for me and i think that made it looser because solvent and rubber aren't good together. I'll keep an eye on it, but for now i don't need a new diaphragm.......
