Default When do you really need engine management like Hondata?

I have JRSC on my 2000 integra gsr. I am running 6psi and plan on going to 10 psi soon. I have been told as long as I upgrade the injectors and get cooling of some sort like liquid intercooling or LHT intercooled intake manifold that I would be fine. I read bout turbo kits that don't even suggest running an EMS system until 15plus psi. So what do I all need with upgrading to 10psi. I have the CRV pulley, JRSC BTC, JRSC FMU, JRSC fuel pressure regulator, and JRSC upgraded fuel pump. I heard I need to change the pulley on my alternator. I've seen that unorthodox racing makes an upgraded pulley for supercharged cars, is that good?
Thanks for you responses, and help.

Why spend money on all the bandaids when you can do it right for less?

Ill tell you from experience, Hondata made a HUGE difference in drivability and power with the JRSC.
