Re: whats wrong here?
Remember several things.
1) The GReddy is a base bolt-on kit that can make better power, but it is still rather conservative
2) A dynomometer is still only a tool; a very sophisticated tool, but just a tool nonetheless. The dyno shows a "snap shot" of a tuner's calibration of one gear at optimal conditions. Perhaps the tuner's style is conservative by using minimal timing and low boost, but we don't know because we can't see into his style.
Its a number, not a way of life. Relax and GO to the tuner to get his feedback.
3) Calibration: we don't know if your reading was SAE corrected or the fuel curves or anything.
4) don't know your boost level. Perhaps again the tuner was being conservative and its time to eliminate some backpressure.
5) What WERE you expecting? were you realistic?

Re: whats wrong here?
well the tuners were all playing the guessing game and they all averaged around saying about 170 to 180 whp with a tune... like i said even they were surprised it only put down 147.7

Re: whats wrong here?
Not much more to say to help. No tuning map, no knowledge of your tuner's style, don't know if there are any exhaust or vacuum leaks or items that need repair. No one can be clarivoyant here. Go to the tuner, and check the engine, turbo system, etc. If you truly believe there is a problem, do yourself a favor and start investigating your issue on a MECHANICAL level first before simply putting blame on a tune. People tend to look at tuning issues, when it actually may be a mechanical issue. Your tuner can't and won't solve that...that's not his job.. Once you can get some ideas, come back to us with relevant questions.
